Brian's 30th birthday was Saturday so we met in VA with some friends from NC and MD and "camped" in a rustic cabin--no water or electricity, but an outhouse and fireplace--for 2 nights in Shenandoah National Park. The weather was chilly but perfect during the days and we had a lot of fun. Here's the link to the entire album
Shenandoah
Emily - your pictures are beautiful. But I have to ask.... are you guys feeding those dogs?? There are an awful lot of ribs showing! I'm used to old Jessie, with her pot belly, so these dogs look awfully skinny to me!
ReplyDeleteHahahaha. We feed Izzy 4-5 cups of food a day plus various treats but she runs so much that she stays skinny. Both breeds are hunters and they're supposed to be skinny. Dakota, the larger visla, is too thin and he doesn't like to eat. You can see his hip bones sometimes--gross. But they're healthy. I know because they pulled us up the hill for about 2 miles on Saturday :)
ReplyDeleteHey Emily - my mom sent me the link to your craft blog, what a great idea. I was camping down at the Shenandoah Park last summer and it was amazing. I swear I recognize some of the places you were. I loved all the waterfalls Also I like the Picasa link too, the Laney family is getting very techno savy
